From first message to payment

Send your car details
Tell us the make, model, year, fuel type and condition, and where the car is parked. Use the form, WhatsApp or a phone call. Two or three photos (front, side and any damage) help us quote accurately.

Get a price for your car
We call you back with a quote for your specific car. It's based on the car's weight, condition and reusable parts, not a flat per-kilo rate. There's no obligation to accept.

Agree payment and book pickup
If you accept, we agree the payment method (UPI, bank transfer or cash) and book a pickup time at your home, office or society parking. We tell you which papers to keep ready.

Quick inspection at pickup
Our team checks that the car matches the description: engine, battery, wheels and body. If something is missing or different, we explain the change before anything else happens.
- 05
Payment and handover
You're paid as agreed, sign the sale papers and hand over the keys and documents. Non-running cars are loaded onto a flatbed or towed.
- 06
Dismantling and recycling
The car goes for dismantling. Reusable parts are recovered and the metal is sent for recycling.

How to get your car ready
- Remove personal belongings from the cabin, boot and glovebox
- Remove the FASTag and cancel or transfer it
- Keep the car's registration papers, your photo ID and PAN ready
- If the car was on a loan, keep the bank's closure letter or NOC
- Tell us about access: basement, narrow lane, or a car that can't be moved
- Leave the battery, wheels and parts on the car; the quote assumes it's complete
What you should do next
Keep the signed sale papers we hand over at pickup for your records. Contact your insurer about cancelling the car's policy, and remove the car from any parking or society records.

Pickup is booked at a time that suits you once the price is agreed. Many pickups happen within a day or two of the first call, depending on location and towing needs.
Can the price change at pickup?
Only if the car's condition is different from what was described, for example missing parts such as the battery, wheels or engine components. That's why we ask for honest details and photos.
Does the registered owner need to be present?
Ideally yes. If the owner can't be there, tell us in advance and we'll explain what is needed, such as a signed letter from the owner and copies of their ID.
What documents might be needed?
Usually the car's registration papers, the owner's photo ID and PAN, and bank details for payment. If the car was bought on a loan, a closure letter or NOC from the bank is needed. We confirm the exact list for your car before pickup.
Should I remove parts before selling?
No. The quote assumes the car is complete. Removing the battery, wheels or other parts lowers the price. Do remove your personal belongings and FASTag.
When is payment made?
At pickup, by UPI, bank transfer or cash, once the price is confirmed after inspection. Payment terms are agreed before we collect the car.
